Slow FLow Yoga

This low-impact class covers all the benefits of Vinyasa. Recommended for beginners and those wanting to slow down and connect more deeply with both body and breath.


Yin Yoga

Stronger Yin will help you find stillness in the body, breath and mind. Working deeply into our bodies with passive, longer-held poses (held for 3-5 minutes each). This practice targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.
