    Tom has a passion for strength training and coaching others correct movement technique to get the most out of their training. Tom has vast experience in delivering group and personal training, and currently specialises in delivering specific strength training to athletes and individuals wanting to improve their strength and performance.

With only small props, Lyda found that yoga and Pilates help improve her strength and flexibility. She has been teaching yoga and Pilates since 2017. And she was a full time teacher in PURE Yoga, the largest yoga studio in Hong Kong, for 6 years.
